  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay due to high order volume or stock unavailability, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local / Nearby Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Other Locations / Rural Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link

You can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If the address provided is:

  • Incomplete
  • Not reachable

The shipment may return to us. In such cases:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

7. International Shipping

At present, Mudgil Royal Delight does not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within India.
